telusTv+ login on AppleTV

Can't login on AppleTV but can use the TelusTV app on an iPad. For a while (a couple of months?) I could delete the app on the TV, reload it and then it would work for that time but I had to redo it every time. For the last week, this doesn't work. I can't watch anything at all. I login but once everything is entered it goes back to the start and wants login info.  Super annoying way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
