It's been over 2 weeks, while I can see optik tv on my account i still have not received my tv box the rep convinced me to try out. No shipping confirmation or anything.

Extending 90 day recording limit

So last year on this forum TELUS said that an increases of the 90 day recording retention would happen next year; that is in 2024. Well 9 months in and still sitting at a pitiful 90 days, so when is it being increased?
