Why can’t I log into Telus tv app ?

At first it said my password was incorrect. But I was able to log into my Telus account on the reg Telus app. And also the website. I delete and reinstalled the app. Now it says an error as occurred when I try to log in

    If your username and password is working at telus.com/mytelus (and you're subscribed to Optik or Pik TV and your account is in good standing), I'd first try telustvplus.com in a computer browser in private or incognito mode to rule out cache or cookie issues, and if that fails, you'll likely need technical support intervention.
