1 ReplyReplies sorted by NewestEl-EricCommunity Manager2 years agoHi Mackie - not sure, I don't have to on my own AppleTV. Try going into the settings and loggin in to your My TELUS account under "TV Provider" and see if that helps. If not, delete the app and re-download it
