unable to access any live channels on Telus TV+. This is a recent issue that has started and I get the error message “your rental has expired or this program is not included in your subscription….. “ I am logged in as normal and can see all of my recorded programs but am unable to view any live channels

this happens on both the app and desktop browser. I did see another user had posted about the same issue earlier this year and the resolution was for support to reboot his profile syncing within the system to ensure the available channels matched the subscribed channels - this seems to have stopped working since i renewed my contract a couple of months ago
