Changing tv channel lineup?! CTV

CTV online today.

  • Now I got the same "contact provider" again like on the picture.

    Not sure the reason.

  • Yes, I was logged in with Telus  and watched ctv and ctv scifi and more.

    It happened the day I wrote and while ctv sci-fi was working the ctv wasn't.

    Just checked, it's working again!  

    Why it had that "contact provider" for a few days I don't know.

    You can close this.

    PS: I just tried Telus TV+ and none of the Essentials show up.

      Hi Just_LH, it sounds like your account isn't properly synced on the backend, I recommend reaching out to an agent via TELUS Twitter Support, or use the chatbox here (smiley box bottom right) and request an agent to take a look at your account settings.

    This image is from the CTV.ca website, which TELUS has no control over. If you're attempting to watch content there, you may need to log in with your TV provider's account or contact Bell. If you subscribe to Optik or Pik, you should be able to log in to the CTV site or CTV app with your My TELUS username and password. Alternatively, you can use the TELUS TV+ app or watch at telustvplus.com to access what's live and On Demand from CTV.
