horrible service
I am continually be charged for services I haven't received. I am on the fourth month in a row where TELUS has screwed up my bill. I have received only one bill where they could actually charge me and i'm being charged late fees. If this continues I will be filling a formal complaint with CCTS. The way my account has been handled cant be legal

It is only half a sentence.
