I am looking at options for renewing my EPP plan. I’m curious as to why the device cost with EPP is the same as without EPP, and over Christmas it was actually $5 more with the EPP “discount”. Also on the consumer site the $45 connection fee is waive...

Resolved! Reactivating my Mobility Plan

So last night I received notice that my Mobility plan had been canceled. I did not request this and have been trying to get it fixed, but since the plan has been deactivated, I cannot call customer service or get a callback from the Virtual Assistant...

I want to switch over to telus from virgin but also still have until sept 2021 on current contract i was wondering if telus did anything in terms of switching over from another company early
