The Pik TV app is getting an upgrade!
At TELUS, we're constantly innovating to provide you with the best entertainment experience. We're thrilled to announce that starting January 24, 2023, we will be launching a new TELUS TV+ app and browser experience and retiring the current Pik TV app and web browser. As part of the upgrade, we are launching a number of exciting new features for mobile, Apple TV, Android TV and the TELUS TV Digital Box! To enjoy the upgraded experience, please download the new app and update your browser bookmarks.
What's new for TELUS TV Digital Box, Apple TV, Android TV and Apple iOS
1. Pause live TV for 15 minutes so you don't miss a second of the TV show while grabbing a snack from the kitchen.
Also new for Apple iOS
1. With the TELUS TV+ app, turn almost any screen into a TV screen with Apple Airplay so you can watch the big game on the big screen.
2. Picture in picture allows you to minimize your main viewing screen and open other apps in the background.
What's staying the same
Continue enjoying all of your Pik TV favourites on the new TELUS TV+ app for mobile, tablet, Apple TV, Nvidia Shield, Sony Android TV and Chromecast with Google TV¹.
What to expect
The first time you access the new TELUS TV+ app or browser experience, you will need to log in with your My TELUS credentials. Forgot your username or password? You can reset it at www.telus.com/mytelus.
Upgrading your TELUS TV+ app
Download the new TELUS TV+ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and simply log in with your My TELUS credentials. Don't forget to remove the old Pik TV app from your device as it will no longer work. To learn more about keeping your app up-to-date, please visit the support article here.

We have upgraded the Pik TV browser experience with our new TELUS TV+ experience at telustvplus.com.
