Voicemail Notification not staying
Hey!
My voicemail notifications are disappearing before I get a chance to read them. This was not happening on my old carrier. Switched to Telus a couple weeks back and noticed it happening. Using a Samsung Galaxy S21

It's not normal behaviour so there could be something up with your voicemail server. It's best to connect with technical support to troubleshoot it: *611 from your phone or 1-866-558-2273
