July
One month ago, I purchased the talk and text 100 plan that came with a one year promo for unlimited nationwide minutes. This morning, I got a text from Telus saying that my unlimited nationwide calling promo had expired. I was quite upset because I was under the impression that the promo would be available for the whole year.
Anyway, I logged into my Telus account and went into "Manage Prepaid" and then "Change Plan & Add-Ons." When I looked at my current plan and features, I noticed the following:
your current features |
feature | expires | duration | price |
Unlimited Nationwide Calling Promo | August 25, 2023 | 30days | $0.00 |
Does this mean that I get to keep the promo for an entire year, but it will just "expire" and get reinstated each month until the end of the year?
July
Strictly based on your copy/paste, the feature should be good until August 25th of this year. The promo itself was expired on July 5th so it's possible you got a pro-rated version of it.
