Misleading Sales Tactics Complaint
On November 18, 2024, a Telus salesperson knocked on my door and convinced me to sign a deal. He promised three phone lines with 150GB of data, unlimited USA/Canada talk, and Smart Home Security (36-month contract) for only $125 per month. It sounded perfect, so I agreed. Now, I'm facing a $407 bill and endless hold music while trying to reach support. This is unbelievable. Be aware of these new sales tactics—they'll promise anything to get you hooked...

I was also scammed by a Telus door knocker!!! And apparently not a single person in that entire call center can do anything about it nor did they have an email or mailing address for a single VIP that I can get a hold of
I've been a customer for many years And with all of my services and I have never been treated like this and I am absolutely finished And I feel your pain and I'm sorry you've gone through this
