I need help with an e-mail that went to my spam e-mail. I got an email from a company called FDR Payments, subject is Your TELUS (on behalf of General Credit Services) Account Requires Attention They sent it September 12th they have my full name, address, old telus account and a FDR account which i don't know what it is. They are stating I owe them 34.40. I signed up for Telus December 12th 2024 and canceled the very next day as the service was extremely slow and I was unable to make calls. Fast forward to today, I tried calling but have been on hold for 3 hours. I tried chatting to telus support on facebook but they are telling me they cant do anything because I don't have a telus account. I tried making a telus account with the telus original account number but it states I cant because the account has been closed. This is truly a WTF moment. I try to get help online and I am going in circles with a bot. I need this resolved asap. Maybe whoever closed the account didn't do it properly and it's just been charging me every month? I never got no paper billing sent to me. I was told this account was closed when I canceled. Is this a case of telus just throwing it at the collection agency? Does someone know how to claim the galaxywatch 8 promo ? I dont seem to be able to claim it . yes i got to code finaly but it seem that none of telus departement know how to order it . i was just on the phone whit them (motly waiting ) for 3h being send from a departement to another . the EPP portal dont let me put in a promo code there isnt a box for it and the normal site dont let me dont anything just tell me to go true EPP. i spoke whit EPP depertement they told me to call online order . online order tell me they cant create new order they passed me to custumer support . custumer support told me they cant do it because it is EPP and call EPP and of course by the time EPP was closed for the day .15Views0likes2CommentsPorting problem
I have a bell number, have had it for 2.5 years and another bell customer had it before me, this is the number I use for my business so changing it now is not possible. I tried to transfer it to my TELUS business account but TELUS says they can't do it, they somehow still have this number listed as a TELUS corporate number, the corporation has not existed for years, If bell has been using this number for all this time then it would have had to have been successfully released and ported out to them years ago. I have spoken to at least 25 people from TELUS over the last 2 years and nobody seems to know how to fix this issue, they keep going back to saying they need someone from the Corporate account to release it, there is no one to do that anymore as that business no longer exists, this would have had to have already been done for Bell to be using the number, clearly it is a records issue on the TELUS side, how is it not possible for there to be no way of correcting this.mdkeoneill3 days agoNeighbour14Views0likes1CommentStream+ premium disney not activating
Hi, I originally was subscribing to disney+ through TELUS and then I saw a promo on the stream+ bundle. I ended by disney+ subscription and then signed up for the bundle, there was a bit of a overlap between when my disney+ account expired and when the bundle started but I figured I could just activate the disney portion of the bundle after. Except now that I am trying to activate it, the "activate" button in mytelus for disney just does nothing (I also never received an email), like no error or anything, just nothing. I've tried multiple computers, browsers, on my phone and clearing my cache and cookies. I've reached out to TELUS multiple times with no luck and even the subscriptions team however they keep sending me to disney for help. I've talked to 4 separate disney agents all telling me it has to be something on the TELUS end as they don't see anything on their side. TELUS keeps telling me the opposite and giving me a reference number for a case at Disney which Disney keeps saying doesn't exist. Anyone else experienced this? I don't want to cancel the stream+ bundle as it has discounts on it which I don't want to loose but I've been going back and forth with TELUS and Disney for over a week.Solved28Views0likes1CommentTravelling to China

Ordered my new device Aug 5 with the bring it back program. I’ve spent 3 hours either on hold or trying to get help to have the return shipping label sent to me for my old device, and confirm I won’t be charged to keep it. Come a day ago, I see a $509 charge on my credit card. Not happy. The support person could not help me, and said it’s probably my email. And they will call me back next weekend to follow up. I joined Telus and ordered a Galaxy Flip 7 in July while there was a Promo for a Free Galaxy Watch 8 with a 2 Year Plan(additional $15 dataplan required to activate). I read that there would be an email sent out with instructions on how to redeem within 4-6 weeks of getting the phone. It's been over 6 weeks now.(July 22nd received and activated).
