Change my mind about moving to Koodo
I just got off the phone with Telus representative, decided to move from my old phone plan from Telus to Koodo. I suppose to get a new SIM card on Monday and then I will switch the same and complete the transfer. Now I change my mind. Can I back out from Koodo and back to Telus with the same plan? The plan is not good but I may update to a better plan with Telus (now that I have couple hours to think). Thanks!

As long as the porting process hasn't been initialized, you can contact Koodo to cancel activation. Your TELUS account isn't cancelled until you initiate a port-out from the Koodo side.
