Can't change contact info online in prepaid Mobility account
Hi, I have a prepaid mobility account linked to my Telus Home services account. There is an option in the mobility account to "update your contact information" but when I click that link I get the message "Sorry, you are not authorized to access this information". So how can this be done? Thanks for any help.
