iPhone 15 Upgrade with Current Plan Retention

I am currently using an iPhone 14 with a plan that I am very satisfied with. As the new iPhone 15 has been released, I am interested in upgrading my device while retaining my current plan at the same price point, without incurring any additional charges.

Could you please let me know if it would be possible to upgrade to the iPhone 15 while keeping my existing plan at the same rate?
