Resolved! Self-serve transfering existing prepaid phone to a new device

I was able to bind my phone number to a new SIM card all by myself from prepaid account site a few years ago. There is no "change a SIM card" option on the page anymore.Is anyone still able to do it by self-serve? Or do I have to visit a Telus store?
