Trying to upgrade my devices but get an error on Step 2 - Device Payment Options. I've tried two different browsers, clearing cache, consulting the virtual chat, emailing (telus doesn't support email anymore), and calling (which directed me to the mobile site that also doesn't work).
Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Is there a solution outside of switching to rogers?

Sometimes it is just easier to go to a physical location and chat with a smiling person....

If you have any ad, cookie, and script blockers enabled. They might be causing the issue.
