Bring-it-Back Return Amount
Hello!
If you send back a device for Bring-it-Back and whoever inspects it decides it's not perfect and is only going to credit you for partial value, what recourse do you have? Are you able to tell them to send the phone back to you and you'll sell it yourself, or are you stuck at the mercy of however much they decide to pay for the device and that's final?

You SHOULD be able to state you'll pay out the balance & have them return the phone to you, at least that would be an option if you went to a store in person.
