Emails Keep Coming In for Cancelled Services
So…
I tried out Telus internet back in September. Within a few days it was out for a couple of hours and had unreliable speeds so I cancelled and they assured me there were going to be no charges since it was within the free cancellation period.
Fast forward to Oct, Nov and now Dec.
I am still getting an email for outstanding charges. I’ve called in last month and they confirmed they’ve fixed it in the system and now another bill has come in. What am I supposed to do.
