I had ordered 14 devices-and 9 devices has still not been delivered to us.When we approached your Support Lead-Francis he said we have to search where the devices are.He wanted us to do TELUS'S WORK EVEN THOUGH I DONT WORK FOR TELUS.I am just. BUSINESS CUSTOMER WITH 14 LINES.Eventually I traced that the devices have been returned by Purolator back to ARCHWAY -2450 Stanfield Road, Mississauga-It only took me 2 and 1/2 hours to do my tracing-WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY YOUR USELESS STAFF.I pity TELUS for hiring uneducated staff and give zero service to their good accounts.It took me 3 emails to the sailes team, 3 phone calls to CS and 1 email to Telus Support -WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION -in the last 8 weeks-TELUS HAS BECOME A DISGRACE.I wish this is brought to the whole world.Mars Propertyz
