How can I send information to Telus about poor reception and services? I have visited a store and tried SIM card swap. And I reset network settings on my phone per the agent recommendation but that didn’t solve the problem. We live in the GTA and I’m lucky to get 1-2 bars of service in my home and neighborhood consistently. Please help. Hello TELUS Forums, I am here posting about an issue I've recently came across. After checking my statements for the past few months I've realized that Shaw was still charging me for a service I was not using. Approximately 4 months now. After speaking with an agent and successfully changing providers from Shaw to TELUS, I told the agent to cancel on our behalf to save us from the headache of cancelling the Shaw account. However, now from what I've been told is that TELUS never sent a cancellation of the account therefore they kept continue to charge us for those 4 months. I'm so lost and confused on what to do now. I guess I'm here posting seeking some guidance on the matter. Being charged with around $400 + a $165 cancellation fee, after being told it would be covered by TELUS because of the switch is insane for them to not put up with their end of the bargain.3.8KViews0likes1CommentHelp with poor device.
Ben with Telus for 26 years. Had good and bad phones, survived all. Now, I have a Pixel 8, and the battery does not last six hours with moderate use - emails, random searches and reading news. No videos or social media. Locked with the rest of the contract. Talking to Telus agents is like explaining Norway to a dog, to borrow from Slow Horses. How do I get the graffiti off of two Telus boxes in our neighbourhood? The city of Courtenay says that it is TELUS' responsibility and would contact them.... it's has been months and it is still not removed. These boxes are constantly hit - one time I spoke to a technician who was servicing one box and he mentioned that he would bring it up to management and have it removed. NO GO - it is still there! Can we have this box wrapped? This is beyond frustrating. Hello, I am wondering why my cellular device (iPhone 15 with iOS 18.1.1) is showing me my cellular gateway IP address is located in England? I have no VPN running, and am not connected to WiFi, either. Solely running on Telus Mobility data. I’ve included a screen shot below for clarification. I am concerned about the safety and reliability of my network — and this isn’t really making me feel at ease. Can anyone shine light on this? I just received a phone call from someone at Telus overseas, asking how I was doing. I said "Bad" as my bill increased out of nowhere in March. Peewee agent proceeds to completely disregard my response and reads his script, "we wanted to make sure everything is going well" I replied, "No, I just said it was going badly--" And was immediately hung up on. Telus. Up your game. Contact me immediately, correct my bill, provide a back-credit for this unprecedented increase, and another credit for this ludicrous level of professionalism (none), or I will be calling Shaw within the next 24 hours and leaving your joke of a service.161Views1like3Comments
