Hello, I activated a three-day “Roaming Pass” via text message prior to my departure from Canada. Based on the email I received with the code, it sounds like it is activated when I use the service abroad, such as sending a text message, receiving a call, or using cellular data. Once activated, it is on until 11:59 p.m. local time. My interpretation is that I have three days of roaming credits, that is, the three days don’t have to be consecutive. I’ve been to Mexico many times and used Easy Roam. Loved it. Worked perfectly. currently, I have a USA Mexico plan and my phone won’t even connect to local network. I’ve tried everything. Data roaming on/off, manually select Telcel, AT&t, Movistar… nothing. It shows a checkmark but nothing happens. can someone please push a roaming refresh on my line? My phone isn’t registering any networks in Mexico and it’s really frustrating. Hello, I will be in Europe Sept. 12 - 26, arriving and departing around noon each day. Could you please tell me whether the Europe 14 day pass ends at 11:59pm on the 14th day or 14×24 hours after activation? I have seen both responses in other people's posts. Hello, I added a 30-day Europe travel pass option yesterday to my mobility account and it says it expires Sep 14. My trip is Aug 22 to Sep 16 so it looks like I added the travel pass a few days too soon? I cannot seem to remove the pass so I can come back and add it closer to my departure date. Can you confirm if this Sep 14 expiry date is of any significance? Do I still get my 30 days if the travel pass is activated on Aug 22 when I arrive in Europe? I have a Canada/US/Mexico plan since I live in Canada but work in the US. Is there anyway to stop email notifications whenever I am roaming in the US? Obviously, I know when I'm roaming and I don't care since it's included in my plan, I don't need to receive emails every day when I'm going to work. The website and the sales clerk said it works internationally, but this is not the case (it can only receive talk and text from abroad). I'm traveling right now (I'm in Europe) and I need urgent access to the voice mailbox of my account. I can't figure out how. Is there any way to dial in from another phone? Currently in Saudi Arabia and on June 26th/2024 my phone lost service. I have tried connecting to all three network providers, resetting my phone and toggling airplane mode off and on numerous times. I pick up minimal service every few hours, extremely inconvenient trying to book travel, deal with banking as well as depending on my phone for daily business. Just cancelled telus after 20+ years for being charged roaming fees for 3 days in the usa. We told them we explicitly turned of Roaming in settings. We used an eSim app (AirAlo) for travelling. the Primary (telus) line was off and the Secondary (eSim) was on. they went on some babble about the phone has to be in Airplane mode.
