I bought a prepaid plan ‘Nationwide Talk, Text and Data 40’ that should be valid for 30 days on MAY 10. If count 30 days from MAY 10 (including MAY 10) then it should be renewed on JUN 9, but Telus says it will be renewed on JUN 8. Hi, for a project, I got a separate talk and text 100 prepaid sim card. The website and the sales clerk said it works internationally, but this is not the case (it can only receive talk and text from abroad). I'm traveling right now (I'm in Europe) and I need urgent access to the voice mailbox of my account. I can't figure out how. Is there any way to dial in from another phone? Hello everyone, for a backup phone I need a simple (rarely used) international voice and text solution. I got prepaid talk & text 100 because I was told in the shop that it also works internationally. I'm outside the country right now and all I see is "Telus not available". I can't send or receive text messages. They told me talk & text works internationally, and the website clearly says texting works internationally too. Is this not correct? If not, what are my options for a cheap backup solution? I don't mind paying on a by text base, but not having any solution is no good. One year ago I bought the $100 yearly prepaid with promo "BONUS100" that gave unlimited Canada calling and Unlimited texting with 2gb data every month for 12 months. My plan is set to expire very soon. Question, If I top up my account with another $100 and set to auto renew will the BONUS100 roll all the 'promotional extras' into my second year for 12 more months ? I have had different answers from Telus and store reps saying no you revert to what ever the current offer is, to "yes" it will. Another "yes" but ONLY for the 13th month ?? Please, if someone from Telus can actually give the correct answer that would be appreciated. I'm trying to set up a new plan, becuase it is the only way to change my plan. I selected my new plan, had all my info in until it was time to select a phone number, and realised it was giving me BC numbers, because the website had BC automatically selected. I changed it and entered everything again, and now it says 'Unfortunately, an error has occurred. Please try again later.' Everything I try to do is met with errors. I don't know if there is someone who is trying to sabotage the company, if they are sabotaging their themselves, or they need to get rid of their IT team and get a new one. I tried to change my plan, it says low balance, despite using a credit card. No option to add a promo code, a whole bunch of other errors I'm not getting into now. I just want to activate a plan. It shouldn't be this difficult and it should takes takes to accomplish. I'm thinking of switching. I've had a Telus Prepaid plan since 2021. Every month I get a text saying my plan was automatically renewed, my credit card is charged, and everything is good. Except this month I can't make or receive any calls! I get a recording that tells me my plan isn't topped up. And yet my credit card has been charged, and I received the same text message that says my plan was automatically renewed. I have an appointment with Telus for install of internet, and they keep sending me messages asking for me to confirm from 777222. But, When I reply, the msg always bounces, couldn't be delivered. My phone plan is also with Telus. I've sent and received other msgs just fine at the same time. I called in and got a tech to manually confirm the appointment, but I'm still receiving the msgs to confirm. Very frustrating. Anyone else experience this?
