I been paying for 1.5gbs speeds, but realized the smarthub they gave me is capped at 1gbs?
I been paying for 1.5gbs speeds, but realized the smarthub they gave me is capped at 1gbs? Just what the subject says. I'm in BC and my buddy also ran into this when he asked why he wasn't able to hit 1.5gbs he was paying for, they came out to upgrade his hardware then said that they don't have the correct hardware to actually hit 1.5gbs. I been paying for 1.5 for months now, I upgraded my switch due to upgrading my NAS and realized that I should have been hitting 1.5 now, but I'm not. 1gbs is still fast, but not what I'm paying for.
