Just like this person https://forum.telus.com/t5/TV/Persistent-error-message-on-several-on-demand-show/td-p/168551, I am having trouble with playing an on-demand show. I had a show scheduled to record on time shift, but the guide was incorrect and recorded the wrong show. So, a few days this week I've tried to watch the episode on-demand, and it comes up with an error message. "Unable to play video. Please try again later." With options of "OK" and "Retry" The episode is season 8 episode 15 of 911 on Global on-demand.Solved925Views0likes1CommentTelusTV+ sign in doesn't work but MyTelus account does.
Hi, List of things I've done: Reinstalled the app for Android on my s21 ultra, and tried Chrome and Edge for browsers. My username/password is the same on both and I'm not mistyping. Browser Error: Error: You are not currently logged in please try to login again. - If I click OK nothing happens App(2.20.309.002) Error: ERR_AGL_ACN_3545 and if I try to log in again it says ERR_ID_unknown. I do have an Optik TV subscription on my account so it should be working according to Billing and first line Tech support. I talked to tech support for 2 hours on Oct 9th 2024 and they said they would call me back yesterday and didn't. At this point its still not working. I'm looking for a status update and I don't think I should have to wait on the phone again for an hour before getting a hold of someone. I'm not sure how this is so hard to be fixed?
