Hi, I’m reporting a routing issue. A specific domain (jpg6.su) times out on Telus home internet and Koodo mobile, but loads normally on other carriers, VPNs, and web proxies. The site returns ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT only on Telus/Koodo. This looks like a routing or upstream peering issue. Could this be forwarded to network engineering?303Views1like3CommentsPhone won't connect to network
Woke up this morning to discover that my phone won't connect to the network - full bars with an exclamation mark. Soft and hard resets haven't work. Pixel 10 has a "reset internet" function on the connections page, tried that. Is my literal next step factory reset before I try and return it? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.Solved206Views0likes3CommentsNew panel, old lock
Telus recently replaced my security panel. At the same time, the technician replaced the batteries in my door lock. The lock works and I can open it with the codes etc, but it is not registered in the panel at all and so I cant lock or unlock the door in my app anymore. (So it also no longer has an audible "door locked" message) I took the lock case off and performed the reset instructions given in the app but it just won't connect at all. Any suggestions? I really dont want to have to call a technician out again.158Views0likes2CommentsLoss of Connection
After no changes that I can recall, I started to get loss of connection. I've restarted the internet access point several time; has no effect. I am connected to the AP by Ethernet, not wifi. I discovered that if I type the following list of commands and then restart, connection works for some time and I experience my usual internet access. But then it is lost again. I would like a permanent solution. Windows 11 version 23H2 with current updates. Commands: done as administrator netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns218Views0likes2CommentsTelus pure fibre connection help
Hello everyone, I had my home tv and internet connections upgraded through my Strata. Telus came and installed their pure fibre wires and new boxes to connect to my suite. Now I have recently upgraded my TV and AVR to 4K compatible tech and purchased cat 8 Ethernet cables. However I just noticed that I didn’t replace the ones that came with the Telus hardware ONT/T3200m. Now my question is, what cat rating is the cable that would have come with the Telus equipment, specifically the ONT box from the wall that connects to the T3200m, and do I need to upgrade that cat cable.? Please help, thank you5.4KViews0likes3CommentsAfter well over a year of major issues it suddenly wants us to sign in to the WiFi network?
Our WiFi is suddenly, on every device, telling us to "sign in to WiFi network" which first of all makes no sense. We're not a business or something and we've never had to sign in before. When we do click sign in it asks if we're a new customer or existing When we click existing it then says "webpage not available"3KViews0likes1Comment
