Eligibility and Duration All monthly plan customers can suspend service for 1-6 months per year. Active service agreements continue unchanged during suspension. Suspension Costs Mobile phones and tablets: $30/month plus device payments (if applicable) Wireless internet devices (Smart Hub, portable hubs, internet keys): $10/month Device payment plans continue at regular rates during suspension.
