Anyone else having this issue? On Pik TV app version 2.2.0 (latest) for iPhone, I can see the channel guide, and I can hear the audio, but the video stays black. (I’m using iPhone XR)

The log shows lots of UCWebBrowser errors. Basically the server ottapp-appgw-client-a.proda.tls.tv3cloud.com is down.

There is a problem with the closed captions on the TVA channel 2006. The characters with the grave accent or circumflex accent are systematically doubled. For example (sorry about the language):
