restore the feature where the cursor is moved to the extreme left to column listing all channels.That allows for browsing and planning recordings.Shaw offers it and I am seriously considering a change of provider if telus continues as is.
You need to go back about 36 hours to get to the channel column....We should continue to harangue Telus until they fix it...its not t as if we are accessing other networks through them....Michael H.
I called Telus tech support ( their BC number) and left my info for them to call me when a technician is available.....the guy called and he was actually in Quebec....very helpful...my reason for calling was in connection with having to refresh my mo...
I spoke with tech support back east yesterday and he said it had to do with new firmware recently installed and he would raise the issue with them....I told him we want it restored as it was a week ago....OR ELSE....to placate me, he gave me a coupon...
