I have high ping to my T3200M router/modem using 5G on mulitple computers and my smartphone. So everything I do on the internet is delayed by 16ms. The problem goes away when I connect with 2.4Ghz or with wired. Neither of those are good alternativ...

Both the T3200M and the fibre internet have been extremely reliable. Never ever a problem until today. Just suddenly stopped working. A reboot of the router fixed it but now my public IP changed. Did Telus do something like cause my IP to expire...

For anyone else, what seems to have worked for me is: In Windows 10 is go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options > Security (tab) > Trusted (icon) Add https://forum.telus.com

That above link is wrong with current version of Chrome. You need to eventually get to Internet Properties somehow. What I did in Windows 10 is go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options > Security (tab) > Trusted (icon)

I am also having this problem in Chrome and Firefox. I added https://forum.telus.com to my trusted list in Chrome and so far it's working.

I never have to reboot my T3200m. It's solid as a rock. Maybe you have a bad one.

Fibre internet went down today for the first time ever. I have a T3200M router. Reboot fixed it.
