Satellite TV HD Receiver: can't get the weather Channel to a Local state

I just had my Telus Satellite TV installed today. The PVR/receiver allowed me to set the Weather Channel to a local location, but the HD Receiver is not allowing this to happen. How can I get my Weather Channel localized on this TV?
