I had the home security system installed a few days ago.

 

First, the person that sold this to me at my door had said one price, 18 a month, which when the tech arrived, he said it was 28. So i called my sales person, he said hed get back to me to see what he could do or what he could offer, he has not. It has been 3 days.

 

Second, my garage door is no longer being controlled on my app. I contacted the tech that left me his card, he said hed look into it and hed be back to me in 15-20 mins, it has been 2 days.

 

Third, i tried to send this in email as that would be preferred but just says forbidden.

Fourth, I tried to call, was being transferred and then was promptly hung up on without a word.

 

So here i am on the forum. Any help would be tops.

Do you have any documentation for the 18/month quote from the sales person? Did the sales person acknowledge that the original quote was 18/month when you contact him? "Let me see what I can do" doesn't sound like he is standing by the original quote.
