Live voice challenge from security panel?

Hi eveyone.  Can anyone tell me if the Telus system has live voice challenge to an alarm through the security panel.  The kind that Alarm Force became noted for?

No, the security system is managed through cellphone proximity or PIN.

Okay so no live voice challenge - for the Telus monitors on here I've been told twice after having asked the question very specifically that telus monitoring does provide a live voice challenge.

Off to cancel my subscription!

This is a different question than you originally asked. Once an alarm extends to the monitoring service, is a step beyond simply an alarm.
