My security system has been garbage since day 1. It goes off for shadows, reflections, snow, clouds passing in front of the sun, neighbours 2 doors down on their driveway, passing cars and even bugs. A Telus manager says that the system is very sensitive, and my expectations are too high. What does Telus consider to be a problematic system? All I want is a reliable system, not one that goes off as many as 25 times during the night. I’m a long term customer of cellular, TV and internet. If this problem isn’t fixed, ALL my services will go elsewhere.
