Hi there!
I am getting smarthome security for my apartment but im getting a conflicting explanation when i call on the phone.
If one cancels in the middle of their contract, are they only liable for the hardware cost? or is there another hidden fee?

Depending on which plan you sign on with there are different cancellation charges for each. Can view them in the after installation part of the FAQ in the link below.

@TheDude12 We are customers only on here. Results from reps seems to vary quite a bit. The amount of training i guess. You best bet phone into billing and have them explain the rules. They should be able to get you to the right person. Polecat
