TELUS teams are coordinating efforts for wildfires in central and southeastern British Columbia impacting the communities in the regions of 100 Mile House, Williams Lake, Princeton, and Ashcroft. The BC Government has issued a province-wide State of Emergency. We are working with local emergency agencies and local communities to support evacuation/reception centres with comfort kits, charging stations, mobile phones, TTV, wireless access.
Our friends in British Columbia who have been affected by the wildfires need our help. To donate $10 to Canadian Red Cross’ relief efforts, text FIRES to 45678. We’ll match donations up to $60,000. Stay safe everyone!
