My Telus home security system was installed in August 2022. However, the security panel does not display images from the camera.
I have contacted tech support several times and have been promised it to be fixed in 2-3 weeks. Now it is over 4 months !!!
Yes, I have spoken to the Loyalty group as well.
What is wrong with Telus - my friends are enjoying a fully functioning system from Bell.
Any suggestions??

If it's the IQ4 then it needs the latest firmware update. Either 4.2.1 or 4.2.0.
If it's the IQ2 then there's no reason it shouldn't work once it's been enabled.
On desktop:
Settings/Video/Stream Video to Panel..... check boxes and hit save.
If it was installed in August then you could have gotten either panel, but if it was the IQ4 then you would have probably gotten 4.1.x.
Call tech support and ask them to push the latest firmware if you have an IQ4 and anything lower than 4.2.0
