app always slowing down and freezing up. Also Telus has taken away my ability to screenshot anything on the app.
Streaming for only a second. Timer doesn’t move. I get a peak into my yard and it’s gone. Then 4 to 5 attempts to open it and I might get another peek. Not been happy with it since the day the Santa clause thingy was put on my cameras... that’s the day streaming went from days long to 2 mins and screenshots were disabled. Thanks Santa, you bearded bugger.

When is the last time you rebooted your phone? I have zero issues taking screen shots or viewing live camera footage, using iOS devices.
If you constantly have streaming issues lower the camera resolution from the Online portal.
