Resetting a Window Sensor

Hi folks,

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before, but I did look and couldn't find anything. Anyway, my daughter knocked one of our window sensors, and I've got a glass-break alert with a super annoying bicycle horn sound that repeats every half hour. Anyone know how to reset this? Cheers!

Hey Yatsukin, sorry to hear that! Hopefully the issue is resolved by now, but for anyone experiencing the same issue you can disable a specific sensor through our web portal to prevent that sound from happening until the device gets fixed.
