audio advances and video freezes using Apple TV

Good Samaritan

Over the last three or four days Piks has been buggy.  As per the subject line, the audio will play, or just bounce back and forth, while the video is clearly out of sync.  Had three separate convos with Telus Tech but with no improvement other than being sold an upgraded internet feed (25 to 75) which has not made any improvement.  Furthermore, the app is lately generating a number of error messages, as per the post further down, about multiple feeds open, close one but, at the time only one feed is active, or exceeding some limit....buggy
