Unable to Change Pik TV Channels Online

I signed up for PIK TV back in December but I haven’t been able to change my channels online. I’ve tried different browsers, deleting my cache and cookies, 2 different laptops, iPhone and iPad but I’ve had no luck. After I click on “add/remove channels” it takes me to a white screen. Is anyone else having the same issues?

yes..others are having this problem...go to forum topic "changing channels"
I was told today by rep that it's because my browser is Safari and that it works with Chrome. WTF....Telus sells Apple products and they can't fix this problem on their own website?
