PikTV is ending, and being blended with the Optik replacement Telus TV Plus. Might as well move to the new platform.
The app is already called Telus TV Plus and the old Pik app doesn't work anymore. This is the same app used for Optik. If you want to be a brave defender of Telus you need to do better. The new app is crap and the website support for it is crap. It's just a bunch of random behaviors with no explanation. I don't even see all the channels I am subscribed to, and it's very hard to find out where that is shown and even harder to change. There's no chance I will upgrade to Optik since there is every reason to think that it's more of the same.
Hello, you not seeing all the channels that you're subscribed to leads me to believe that there may be an account sync issues on the backend. I do recommend reaching out to our support team to have them take a look. I recommend the chat bot (smiley face bottom right) as it may be faster to reach an agent than calling in.
