Why would you want to pay ‘more’ for a service that should already be included with your channel subscription. It’s the same package and same price as what is offered through Optik.
Seems to me it’s a simple authentication issue on Telus’s side - they need to allow PikTV subscribers to authentic to prove they subscribe to a given channel.
