I installed the PikTV app on an AppleTV all new on June1 2022. The AppleTV has a Cat5 connection to the internet and has an HDMI connection to the TV.
Everytime the AppleTV is powered off and powered on again, the PikTV app says there is no internet connection. This is incorrect as the internet is working and still connected, but the app is clearly showing a bug here.
The only I can get to work is by deleting the App and reinstalling it from scratch... which is ridiculous.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or know how to fix this? Is there a bug fix coming for this app?

I’m not seeing this behaviour of the app, so can’t offer a solution. What version of Apple TV do you have?

That is definitely odd! Instead of re-installing, did you try force closing the app and testing? Steps are at: https://bit.ly/2GPM7Bm
