Pik TV not Playing the program advertised on the Guide

Why isn't Comedy Network playing the program that is advertised: Specifically "Not the White House Correspondents' Dinner with Samantha Bee"?

Because they aren't airing Full Frontal for some reason. They're showing some ancient comedy show instead. Even on Optik. Comedy Network is advertising that it should be on but someone on their end either screwed up or TBS isn't airing the show in Canada.

Judging by the comments on their facebook post about the show, everyone is affected. The show started then cut to whatever they have on now.

One would think that, at a minimum, TELUS would have control of the Optik and Pik TV guides.

They are purchased from a supplier, who gets info from the networks, so there are two points of failure. Telus doesn’t solicit info from each provider.

On top of that if the broadcaster decides to change what is airing last second, they won't submit updates to the guide data sent out to any service provider. Full Frontal was being aired in the US but just not Canada. Comedy Network hasn't explained why yet.

Yes, but you think that this likely aired in Eastern Canada 3 hours earlier so there should have been advanced notice.

That was the first airing. Full Frontal's twitter account was live posting updates from the show at that time.
