Pik TV Chrome browser: doesn't work


Once you click on "watch" there's black screen, no video. Yes, Flash is enabled.

Hi Luka, if your browser and Flash are both updated to the latest versions, you should be able to watch Pik without issue. Are you having the same problem on other devices? I checked, both Flash and Chrome versions were up-to-date, so I followed Step 4 in https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784

to re-install Flash.At this point Flash is version, Chrome is version 75.0.3770.100.


Then I re-launched Chrome, re-loaded PikTV, and it started to display for about 40 minutes, then stopped with error message

"This channel is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Error No. 4-44-206".


While it worked picture quality was OK, but there was very noticeable lip-sync delay. Also bottom part of the screen (where running text is)

was cut-off.


My biggest concern though is, that according to https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784 Adobe will stop supporting Flash at the end of

2020, so my question is do you have contingency plan to move to another video-engine by that time?
