Has any body noticed that the audio in most on demand content is fuzzy? I started noticing it in the spring 2018 but it seems to be getting worse and worse. I have been working through troubleshooting of various problems with telus support but nothing is improving (wifi tests, factory resets, hardwiring, replacing the pik tv media box, etc). I can still reliably startup almost any episode of billions, game of thrones, outcast, Big Bang theory, or even rent a movie and get fuzzy audio. It’s not unwatchable but it’s definitely annoying to the point that a guest notices and asks what’s wrong.
The “HD” quality of this service is embarrassing. It’s either the pik tv app or the source content. The hardware seems to be capable of decent quality picture and sound the majority of the time with live tv aside from occasional freezing, buffering, fuzzy picture, and extremely slow GUI navigation. But if you get used to the occasional hiccup then you learn to live with it for the discounted price. But having to watch a full episode of shows you love because of their amazing picture and sound, when the sound is annoyingly fuzzy the whole time is incredibly frustrating. I wish their were legal options in Canada at this price point for this content. If there were I wouldn’t be paying for sub par quality content.

I use on demand frequently on Pik and have never had any isue with audio quality. All of the shows you mentioned are from VOD provided by Bell. (CTV, HBO Canada, CraveTV) Have you ever tried the Pik TV box on another TV? It sounds like that is one troubleshooting step you haven't tried yet.
