No video in any app

Wondering if anyone else is having this problem? Went to bed last night and all worked great. Now no video, can see all menus and settings guide. There is also audio just no video. This goes for pik tv, plex, Netflix, and twitch. Can even see all the chat in twitch just no video. I have tried rebooting as well as resetting to factory defaults and setting everything back up and same problem.

Mine was working normally for me this morning. I'd say call Telus and see if there's anything else tech support may be aware of to fix it.

Just got it fixed, not sure exactly what was wrong but working now
