Issues adding or removing channels

Anybody else have issues changing their Pik 5 channels? I’ve done this a couple times now, and each time I go back into the app, it still shows me the same channels from before.


Your comment isn't totally clear on details, but I discovered from TELUS recently that if you change any of your theme packs (like for like), there is a 30 day waiting period (technology activated) after activating a change through MY TELUS before you can undertake a further change. I've found that a live agent is usually most accommodating if the need for further change is urgent within that 30 day waiting period.
